Fall 2026 Earnings Guidance Tracker: Who Raised, Cut or Held (409 Companies)

Full-year outlook labels from each company's own SEC earnings release, filed Oct 1 to Nov 4, 2026

Published Nov 5, 2026

TL;DR

  • 128 raised, 10 lowered, 18 mixed, 45 reaffirmed out of 409 companies so far.

This tracker covers 409 S&P 500 and YieldTerminal board companies that filed a quarterly earnings release with the SEC between October 1 and November 4, 2026, mostly calendar third-quarter results. Companies with other fiscal years reported the quarter that fell in this window; each company's page shows its own fiscal period. For each one, the label says what the company's own release did with its full-year outlook. Every company name links to its page, which links the SEC filing.

How labels work: Raised or Lowered means the release says so, or its own prior-versus-current table shows it, for revenue, EPS or profit. Cost-only changes (expenses, capex, tax rate) and operating metrics do not count as a raise or cut. Stated means full-year figures were given without saying whether they changed, or only non-core items (such as capex, tax rate or production) were guided. Labels were checked by a second reviewer against the filing text.

Reaffirmed, initiated, stated, next-quarter-only, withdrawn and no-outlook companies are on the companion page.
