Palantir closed the completed November 2 regular session at $178.34, down 3.13% from October 30's $184.11. Its third-quarter report was released after that close, so the report cannot explain the regular-session change by itself.
Price and dated levels
The November 2 close was below the 50-day simple average of $186.87 and above the 200-day average of $153.57. The session low was $178.13. The August 14 intraday high of $180.18 and August 21 intraday high of $182.44 are dated chart references above the close, not targets. A daily retest would need a daily close above the relevant level to establish a reclaim.
What the new report says
Palantir reported $2.313 billion of third-quarter revenue, up 96% year over year. U.S. commercial revenue was $984 million, up 148%, and exceeded U.S. government revenue of $953 million for the first time. GAAP diluted EPS was $0.44. Cash from operations was $1.205 billion; company-defined adjusted free cash flow was $1.216 billion. Those cash measures use different definitions and should remain separate.
The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $8.530–$8.534 billion and its adjusted free-cash-flow guidance to $4.8–$5.0 billion. Those are forecasts, not reported full-year results. The report also lists $10.4 billion in cash, cash equivalents and U.S. Treasury securities.
What to watch
The new revenue and guidance figures strengthen the growth evidence; the valuation and price response remain separate questions. Compare future reported commercial growth, cash from operations, adjusted cash flow and share dilution with this quarter. The regular-session chart ends before the release.
