This recorded Short covers Palantir's November 2, 2026 report alongside the completed U.S. regular session and one separate after-hours observation. It is a dated chart, not a live quote. Watch the PLTR Short.

The report and price context

Palantir reported third-quarter revenue of $2.313 billion, up 96% year over year, and raised its full-year revenue guidance to $8.530–$8.534 billion. Its U.S. commercial revenue rose 148% year over year to $984 million, exceeding U.S. government revenue for the first time, according to its SEC-filed release. The report and price move occurred on the same date; the chart alone does not establish a single cause.

The completed November 2 regular-session close was $178.34, 3.13% lower than October 30. It was below the 50-day simple average of $186.87 and above the 200-day average of $153.57. The separately frozen after-hours last sale used in the Short was $173.55, 2.69% below that completed close. A later pre-release cross-check showed $173.56 at CNBC. These after-hours observations can change and are not daily candles in the chart below.

The November 2 intraday low of $178.13 was the nearest dated level above the Short's frozen after-hours observation in the six-month scan; the August 19 intraday low of $169.77 was the nearest below. The latest session lacks two following sessions for a fully confirmed five-session fractal test. These are historical intraday levels, distinct from closes and not price targets. A reclaim would require a later daily close above the relevant level.

PLTR completed daily chart, May 5–November 2, 2026. Its volume-by-price band is estimated from daily OHLCV; the separate after-hours observation is not a candle.

Volume context and method

The chart's estimated busiest price band is $133.01–$137.45 over 126 completed sessions, May 5–November 2. It spreads each session's Yahoo Finance daily volume evenly over its high–low range in 24 equal price rows. This estimate is not TradingView Visible Range Volume Profile, buy/sell flow, or a forecast. Moving averages use completed daily closes. The November 2 regular close was cross-checked with CNBC; the frozen after-hours observation was cross-checked with Nasdaq.
