TeraWulf reported $62.99 million of high-performance computing lease revenue for the third quarter of 2026, about 83% of its $76.23 million total revenue. Total revenue rose about 51% from a year earlier. Digital asset revenue declined to $13.24 million from $43.38 million.
The company reported $709.9 million of net income, which benefited from a noncash change in the fair value of warrant and derivative liabilities. Its adjusted EBITDA was negative, so the net income figure alone does not describe operating performance. TeraWulf also announced a 20-year Anthropic lease in Kentucky that it estimates represents about $19 billion of contracted revenue over the initial term. That is the company’s forward estimate, not revenue already earned.
