Cloudflare reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $782.5 million, up 39% year over year. The company called it its fastest revenue growth in nearly four years. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share were $0.38 versus $0.27 a year earlier, while its GAAP net loss was $34.1 million. Current remaining performance obligations, a contracted-future-revenue measure, grew 37%.
The tradeoff in the report was gross margin: GAAP gross margin fell to 71.2% from 74.0%. Cloudflare expects fourth-quarter revenue of $845 million to $846 million. The November 5 regular-session close was $244.51, below both its 50-day ($319.00) and 200-day ($249.77) simple moving averages. Those completed daily levels precede the earnings release; a future move requires a new dated check.
