TL;DR

  • Completed November 2 close: $338.32 (-1.83% versus October 30); separate after-hours observation: $328.53 (-2.89% versus that close).
  • 50-day simple average $333.62; 200-day average $296.96.
  • October 9 intraday low $330.70; October 1 intraday low $325.81.

This recorded Short covers Apple's November 2, 2026 report alongside the completed U.S. regular session and one separate after-hours observation. It is a dated chart, not a live quote. Watch the AAPL Short.

The report and price context

Apple reported September-quarter revenue of $114.5 billion, up 12% year over year and a record for that quarter. Its iPhone net sales of $57.583 billion were 17.46% above the prior-year $49.025 billion, also a September-quarter record, according to its SEC-filed release. The report and price move occurred on the same date; the chart alone does not establish a single cause.

The completed November 2 regular-session close was $338.32, 1.83% lower than October 30. It was above the 50-day simple average of $333.62 and the 200-day average of $296.96. The separately observed after-hours last sale was $328.53, 2.89% below that completed close. That after-hours value is a frozen observation, can change, and is not a daily candle in the chart below.

The October 9 intraday low of $330.70 was the nearest dated level above that after-hours observation in the frozen six-month scan; the October 1 intraday low of $325.81 was the nearest below. These are historical intraday levels, distinct from closes and not price targets. A reclaim would require a later daily close above the relevant level.

AAPL completed daily chart, May 5–November 2, 2026. Its volume-by-price band is estimated from daily OHLCV; the separate after-hours observation is not a candle.

Volume context and method

The chart's estimated busiest price band is $309.49–$312.74 over 126 completed sessions, May 5–November 2. It spreads each session's Yahoo Finance daily volume evenly over its high–low range in 24 equal price rows. This estimate is not TradingView Visible Range Volume Profile, buy/sell flow, or a forecast. Moving averages use completed daily closes. The November 2 regular close was cross-checked with CNBC; the after-hours observation was cross-checked with Nasdaq.
