The short version

  • — Six large caps report before Tuesday's open and four of them are banks. JPMorgan releases at about 7:00am ET; its call is at 8:30am.
  • — ASML reports Wednesday and TSMC early Thursday - the two cleanest public reads on whether AI chip orders are still coming.
  • — None of the eleven banks and brokers on the slate is up more than 10% year to date. ASML is up 53% and TSMC 42%.
  • — Goldman Sachs goes in 22.3% below its own 52-week high, the widest such gap on the slate; TSMC the narrowest at 6.7%.
  • — Schwab, PNC and U.S. Bancorp report into a week when the 10-year has just posted its two highest Friday closes in 504 weeks.
  • — Five of the sixteen report dates were confirmed on the company's own investor-relations page. The other eleven are vendor dates and are labelled as such.
  • — Consensus estimates are carried for JPMorgan and TSMC only; the rest show none rather than an unverified figure.

Q3 2026

$129.64+9.2% YTD-11.0% vs 52w high

Leads the eleven banks and brokers on this slate at up 9.2% this year, and that is the headline of the entire week: leading the group still means single digits, while the two chipmakers reporting alongside are up 53% and 42%. Reports Tuesday morning, confirmed on the company's own events page, which lists the chief executive and chief financial officer on the call. It sits 11.0% below its own 52-week high. Vendor estimates are not carried for this name.

GSGoldman Sachs

Q3 2026

$895.32-2.1% YTD-22.3% vs 52w high

Goes into the print 22.3% below its own 52-week high, the widest such gap of any company reporting this week, while being down only 2.1% for the year. Those two figures together say the decline is recent rather than a slow year, which makes the trading and advisory lines worth reading closely. The date is from Nasdaq's calendar; Goldman's own site refused an automated request, so it is marked vendor rather than confirmed.

JNJJohnson & Johnson
Tue, Oct 13 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$261.44+26.1% YTD-6.1% vs 52w high

Up 26.1% this year, one of only four names on the slate up more than 10%, and the only pharmaceutical company among the sixteen. It reports into a week otherwise dominated by banks and chipmakers, so its result says little about the themes running through the rest of the slate and should be read on its own terms. Vendor date.

JPMJPMorgan Chase
Tue, Oct 13 · Before openCompany confirmed

Q3 2026

$332.99+2.3% YTD-8.8% vs 52w high

Consensus: EPS 5.91 · Rev $51.15bn (Alpha Vantage estimates endpoint, 11 October 2026: EPS 5.9065 from 11 analysts, revenue $51.15bn from 10. The EPS estimate was 5.4614 ninety days ago, so it has been raised through the quarter; two analysts raised and one cut in the last thirty days.)

The first large bank to report, with results out at about 7:00am ET and the call at 8:30am, which is why its commentary tends to reset expectations for the five reporting around it. The line to watch is net interest income: the 10-year closed Friday at 5.24%, only the second Friday close at or above 5.20% in 504 weeks, so the rate backdrop these results were earned in is one the bank has not reported into before. The stock itself goes in below its 50-day average and 8.8% under its highest close of the year, despite being up on the year, so the price already reflects something less than a clean quarter.

Q3 2026

$379.30+12.8% YTD-13.1% vs 52w high

Up 12.8% in 2026 and still 13.1% below its highest close of the last twelve months, which is the combination worth noticing: a positive year and a recovered share price are not the same thing, and this is the clearest example of that difference on the slate. It is also one of only two healthcare names in a week otherwise made of banks and chipmakers, so it carries none of the rate or AI-capex read-through that connects the rest. Vendor date.

WFCWells Fargo
Tue, Oct 13 · Before openCompany confirmed

Q3 2026

$83.55-12.2% YTD-13.3% vs 52w high

Down 12.2% in 2026, the weakest performer of the sixteen companies reporting. That makes it the clearest test this week of the gap between what a bank reports and what its price has already assumed, because the share price has moved a long way without the results being in. Reports Tuesday at 10am ET, confirmed on its own investor-relations page, which also lists the fourth-quarter date as 14 January.

ASMLASML Holding
Wed, Oct 14 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$1780.34+53.0% YTD-10.5% vs 52w high

The one report this week where bookings matter more than earnings. New orders are the cleanest public measure of whether the AI buildout is still being ordered rather than merely discussed, because they are placed years ahead of the revenue they become. It arrives in a week when our own AI-debt work found the megacaps and the smaller AI-infrastructure names moving in opposite directions, so the order book is the evidence that would settle which of those is the signal. Up 53.0% this year, the best on the slate.

BACBank of America
Wed, Oct 14 · Before openCompany confirmed

Q3 2026

$54.32-2.9% YTD-16.2% vs 52w high

Date and the 8:30am ET call time both confirmed on the company's own investor-relations page, alongside a press release announcing them. Like JPMorgan, the number that matters is net interest income against a 10-year yield that has just posted its two highest Friday closes in a decade - deposit costs and asset repricing pull in opposite directions at this level. The stock is down 2.9% this year and 16.2% below its own high.

BLKBlackRock
Wed, Oct 14 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$1082.39-0.2% YTD-10.0% vs 52w high

Net flows, not earnings, are what move this one: as an asset manager its revenue follows the money that arrived rather than a margin it controls, so the flow figure is the result and the profit line is largely arithmetic on top of it. It goes in almost exactly flat on the year, within a quarter of a percent either way, which is unusual on a slate whose range runs from -12% to +53%. Vendor date.

MSMorgan Stanley
Wed, Oct 14 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$190.02+4.5% YTD-16.9% vs 52w high

Wealth-management flows and trading revenue, against a share price 16.9% below its own 52-week high despite being up 4.5% on the year. That is the same shape as Goldman a day earlier, slightly less pronounced, and the two reporting within a day of each other makes the comparison unusually clean: same markets, same quarter, two different mixes of advisory, trading and wealth. Vendor date.

PNCPNC Financial
Thu, Oct 15 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$219.21+3.7% YTD-14.7% vs 52w high

A regional read that arrives the same morning as U.S. Bancorp, which is the useful part: two mid-sized lenders reporting within hours of each other say more about credit and deposit conditions outside the largest banks than either would alone. Up 3.7% this year and 14.7% below its 52-week high, so the price sits in the middle of this slate rather than at either end. Vendor date.

SCHWCharles Schwab
Thu, Oct 15 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$96.70-4.8% YTD-14.9% vs 52w high

More rate-sensitive than the banks around it, because client cash balances and what the firm earns on them drive a large share of revenue. It reports into a week when the 10-year has just posted its two highest Friday closes in 504 weeks, so the backdrop has genuinely changed since it last reported. Down 4.8% this year. Vendor date.

TSMTaiwan Semiconductor
Thu, Oct 15 · Before openCompany confirmed

Q3 2026

$453.31+41.8% YTD-6.7% vs 52w high

Consensus: EPS 4.46 · Rev NT$1,454.9bn (Alpha Vantage estimates endpoint, 11 October 2026: EPS 4.4614 from 9 analysts, revenue NT$1,454.9bn from 26. Revenue is in NEW TAIWAN DOLLARS as reported, roughly US$45bn - not US dollars. The EPS estimate was 4.1346 ninety days ago; four analysts raised and one cut in the last thirty days.)

The single clearest read on AI chip demand this week, and it reports at 2:00am ET, hours before the US open - the 15th, confirmed on its own results page, which also shows its quiet period ending on the 14th. At 6.7% below its highest close it is the least marked-down stock on the slate, so expectations are carried in the price in a way they are not for the banks. Consensus is carried for this name: EPS 4.46 and revenue NT$1,454.9bn, which is in New Taiwan dollars, about US$45bn.

USBU.S. Bancorp
Thu, Oct 15 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$57.08+5.8% YTD-12.7% vs 52w high

Reports the same morning as PNC, and the pair should be read together: two mid-sized lenders publishing within hours of each other say more about credit conditions and deposit competition outside the largest banks than either does alone. Up 5.8% in 2026, second only to Citigroup among the eleven banks and brokers here, and 12.7% below its own 52-week high. The 10-year at 5.24% cuts both ways for a lender this size - better asset yields, dearer deposits - and which side dominates is the question the result answers. Vendor date.

TFCTruist Financial
Fri, Oct 16 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$46.11-7.3% YTD-17.4% vs 52w high

Closes the week 17.4% below its own 52-week high, the second-widest such gap on the slate after Goldman, and down 7.3% on the year. As with Wells Fargo, the interest is less in the result itself than in how far the price has already moved ahead of it: a stock marked down this much has priced in a version of the quarter, and the report is the first chance to see whether that version was right. Reports Friday morning. Vendor date.

TRVTravelers
Fri, Oct 16 · Before openVendor estimate

Q3 2026

$368.75+29.3% YTD-7.2% vs 52w high

Up 29.3% this year, the strongest performer on the slate outside the two chipmakers, which means its results have a higher bar to clear than the banks reporting before it: more of the good news is already in the price. An insurer rather than a lender, so it is excluded from this page's claim about banks and brokers. Vendor date.

How these dates were checked

COMPANIES. Candidates came from Nasdaq's earnings calendar for 12-16 October 2026, filtered to roughly $20bn of market value and above. DATES. A vendor calendar is treated as a lead, not a fact. Each date was checked against the company's own investor-relations page, and is marked confirmed only where the surrounding text explicitly concerns third-quarter 2026 results: JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, Bank of America and TSMC. Several investor-relations sites refuse automated requests; those companies keep the vendor date and are labelled vendor, not confirmed. One case shows why reading the surrounding sentence matters: TSMC's results page carries both 14 and 15 October, the 14th being the close of its quiet period and the 15th the earnings conference. A tool that took the first date on the page would have published the wrong day. ESTIMATES. Consensus EPS and revenue come from the Alpha Vantage estimates endpoint, pulled on 11 October 2026, and are carried for JPMorgan and TSMC only. That endpoint is rate-limited, so the rest of the slate shows no consensus rather than a figure from an unchecked source. TSMC's revenue estimate is reported in New Taiwan dollars and is shown in NT$, not converted - at roughly US$45bn, printing it behind a dollar sign would overstate the company's quarterly revenue many times over. PRICES. Closing prices for Friday 9 October 2026, from Yahoo Finance. Year to date is measured from the first close of 2026. The 52-week figure compares against the highest CLOSING price of the trailing year, not an intraday high; the two differ and mixing them is how an 'off its high' figure quietly becomes wrong. WHAT THIS PAGE DOES NOT DO. It carries no forecasts, no price targets and no view on whether any of these companies will beat or miss.
