  • CLF rose 16.42%; Tesla reclaimed its 50-day while Netflix remained below its 20-day.

Monday’s completed regular session produced an index rebound while key shorter-term averages remained overhead. All closing prices below refer to October 19, 2026; after-hours quotes are excluded.

SPY: completed-session review

SPY October 19 completed regular-session chart.

SPY closed at $766.60, +0.44%. SPY traded above the morning 50-day reference but closed back below it. The updated 50-day and 20-day remain recovery tests; Friday’s $763.25 close and $760.64 intraday low remain dated downside references. A daily test and close above a recovered level would strengthen the repair.

20-day SMA: $770.84; 50-day SMA: $768.37; 200-day SMA: $725.44.

QQQ: completed-session review

QQQ October 19 completed regular-session chart.

QQQ closed at $718.36, +1.21%. The Qs rebounded but the session high did not reach Friday’s $725.96 high. The 50-day remains overhead. The October 6 closing peak to October 16 closing low decline was 6.56%; the separate low-to-October 19 rebound was 1.21%. Friday’s $709.80 close and $707.23 intraday low remain dated downside references.

20-day SMA: $741.36; 50-day SMA: $726.68; 200-day SMA: $675.43.

QQQ: full closing decline and separate rebound through October 19.

CLF: completed-session review

CLF October 19 completed regular-session chart.

CLF closed at $14.11, +16.42%. Cleveland-Cliffs traded below the October 9 high at $13.22 and closed above it. This is a daily test and close above the old high; a later loss would weaken the breakout. Third-quarter adjusted EBITDA was $612 million versus $286 million in Q2 and prior company guidance of approximately $575 million. GAAP diluted EPS was $0.26; adjusted EPS was $0.28. The approximately $715 million Q4 adjusted EBITDA outlook remains a forecast, not a reported result.

20-day SMA: $12.22; 50-day SMA: $12.05; 200-day SMA: $11.34.

Cleveland-Cliffs reported results and separately labeled company guidance.

NFLX: completed-session review

NFLX October 19 completed regular-session chart.

NFLX closed at $69.85, -0.96%. Netflix traded below Friday’s $69.76 low, then closed back above that low while remaining beneath the updated 20-day. The decline from the June 30, 2025 closing peak to the October 2, 2026 closing low was 49.92%; the separate rebound to October 19 was 4.16%. Results remain upcoming after the close on October 20.

20-day SMA: $70.14; 50-day SMA: $75.01; 200-day SMA: $82.76.

NFLX: full closing decline and separate rebound through October 19.

TSLA: completed-session review

TSLA October 19 completed regular-session chart.

TSLA closed at $368.06, +3.76%. Tesla reclaimed the 50-day but remained below the 20-day and Friday’s $370.50 high. This is an initial reclaim; a later daily test and close above the recovered average would strengthen the case. Friday’s $349.33 intraday low remains a dated failure reference. Results remain upcoming after the close on October 21.

20-day SMA: $369.97; 50-day SMA: $360.25; 200-day SMA: $387.58.
